Improve Your Mood and Manage Your Anxiety courses for Winter 2016
One of the quickest and easiest ways to access support through TalkingSpace is to attend a Step 2 short course. These courses aim to add to your understanding of depression or anxiety and teach practical coping skills. We run them monthly at various locations. When you attend, you can join in as much or as little as you like – there’s no expectation for you to speak in the group if you don’t feel comfortable.
